We stopped at Insomnia for our very first time hoping to get some of these delicious cookies we've heard so much about. As we approach the young lady was just putting the sign outside (slamming). We decided to give her a few moments to prepare and hopefully change her attitude. About 15 minutes later we went back in and Holy crap! The attitude, the look on her face, it was like dealing with my worst enemy at this point. I asked if she was having a bad day, trying to be nice, and Alexis responded "Yeah, I am". Again, we've never been here so we didn't know how this works. I got cookies mixed up, and have never been treated like I was a complete idiot over a damn cookie mishap! First for everything. She was out of several items even though we were the first victims of her day. I did not hear what she said due to the nasty attitude and mumbling, so I got rolling of the eyes and once again treated like an idiot for saying "what was that?". My Husband wanted to give her some choice words and leave, however I promised the Granddaughter we would get these infamous cookies. So we did. Ordered a pack of cookies for delivery. I live about 25 mins from the store so figured it’d take an hour or so. Was able to track the driver and saw that the driver was just at my exit, maybe 5 minutes away from my house. Kept refreshing the tracker for 15 mins and the car was still just at the exit. Then the car drove back to the store and never delivered my cookies. Called and asked for a refund, which they issued. Won’t be ordering again ☺️

Been getting cookies from here for over a year and omg I love them. Always warm and the delivery is always on time. I like these cookies cuz even when they get cold and sit out for a bit, when u reheat them they get squishy again lol. Gross cookies dont do that. Always delicious! 100000000% better than Crumble Cookie!

Better than Crumbl, hands down. They have their own delivery drivers so it is generally more reliable than other late night DoorDash deliveries and the ice cream won't arrive melted. Try the s'mores cookie... omg I want one rn, they're the best. My only complaint is that the oatmeal chocolate chip walnut is always overcooked so the edges are hard, every single time.

DIRT!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The cookies were good but didn't have any premium only classic! I've been to several locations and this is the only 4 star review. UPDATE! Tried this location again and it was an entirely different experience. The cookies were all amazing and service was excellent. Highly recommend 💚💯💯
